This guided itinerary will explore Ragusa Ibla witj a licensed tour guide. Discover the ancient origins of Ibla and the events of the 1693 earthquake that destroyed the city. The characteristics of the Sicilian Baroque will be illustrated, along with the stories, legends and local customs.
The tour will start from Piazza della Repubblica, will reach Piazza Duomo and, following the main street, will pass through Piazza Pola to the Iblei Gardens.

The surroundings of Ragusa offer the possibility of nature walks to fully immerse yourself in the uncontaminated and little-known landscapes of the Iblei. Excursions among the numerous quarries that surround the city, naturalistic trekking along the mule tracks that in the past centuries connected Ibla to the neighboring villages, walks among the water mills and hypogea; the rock churches and necropolises such as Pantalica, and routes within the Cassibile and Vendicari Nature Reserves.
